Monthly Bookkeeping
Categorized, reconciled, and closed every month, with your tax return prepared by the same person at year end. Plans from $150 a month.
Bookkeeping is the first thing to slip
It’s never the priority when you’re busy, and it’s always the thing that bites you later. The receipts pile up, the categorization gets sloppy, the reconciliation stops happening, and by the time the return is due nobody’s confident the numbers are right.
Then you find out what you owe at the worst possible moment, from records nobody trusts.
The fix isn’t complicated. It’s just doing the same three things every month, on time, without fail, which is exactly what nobody running a business has time to do.
Categorize

Why is the tax return is included
Most business owners pay a bookkeeper to keep the books, then pay someone else to prepare the return from those books. The second person has never seen the business, has to ask about everything, and often finds problems that should have been caught in March.
Including the return isn’t a promotion. It’s the natural consequence of one person doing both jobs. By the time your return is due, I’ve already been in your books every month for a year.
Included in every plan
Transaction categorization. Account reconciliation. Financial statements. Year-end tax-ready package. Tax return preparation.
Everything else is quoted
These vary too much between clients for a published price to be honest. You’ll always have a firm number before any work begins.

Bookkeeping FAQs
Every transaction that hits your bank or credit card gets coded to the right account, consistently, month after month. That consistency is what makes your profit and loss actually useful. If I can’t tell what something is, I ask rather than guessing.
Reconciling means matching your books against the actual bank statement, line by line, until they agree. Without it you have a spreadsheet of guesses. With it, you have books you can borrow against, file from, and make decisions with.
A profit and loss statement and a balance sheet at minimum, quarterly on Essentials and monthly on Growth and Complete. More importantly, I’ll walk you through what they say.
Yes. Preparation of your tax return is included in all three plans. It’s the whole argument for having one person do both jobs.
Then we do a cleanup project first. I look at the account, tell you what it will take, and quote it as a separate one-time fee. Once it’s current, you move onto a monthly plan.
Of course. Most clients start where their books are today and move up as the business grows.
Because bookkeeping is a defined, recurring scope. Tax returns, cleanups, planning, and resolution work vary so much between clients that any published number would be misleading for most people.
It’s the starting point for a business that fits that tier comfortably. Volume, complexity, and how far behind things are can move it. You’ll get a firm number after our discovery call.
Any bank or credit card account beyond what your plan includes, at $25 per month each, covering the extra reconciliation work.
No multi-year lock-in. We’ll have a clear written engagement letter setting out what I do and what it costs, and if it stops working for you, you’re not trapped.
Let’s get your books current.
Book a discovery call and we’ll go through where things stand and which plan fits.
Most calls are answered the same business day.
